We take a look at how hotels can build trust with guests through hygiene and distancing polices, and how some businesses in the travel chain will have to diversify. Prior to starting her own business Julie was the CEO of Lateral City, a luxury serviced apartment operator and she also owns a “compact and bijou” gift and homeware shop which booms during the height of the tourist season.
